And, what’s even better, you’re 25 and single! So, being not just lucky, but smart as well, you decide to find yourself a beautiful girlfriend.

With your unrestricted travel budget, you decide to make this search international. Why not? You’ve heard the stories, you’ve seen the pictures, and you’ve watched the Web videos. Now, you’re gonna join the party and get into the Eastern European dating scene.

Believe me; it’s not without good reason that the girls from this part of the world get rave reviews. If you think about it, you’ll understand why men flock to that area. In the first place, Eastern Europe represents a melting pot of some very exotic and sensual races.

Armies, missionaries, and merchants have trod the roads passing through here for centuries. And wherever warriors and traders travel, they mix with the local women; and the results are evident in the faces, personalities, and beauty of the women you find from the Ukraine to Russia to the Czech Republic.

But, it’s more than that. You also get a culture that still lionizes family and society closeness. Maybe what it was like in America 50 years ago. Well, my friend, you can still experience that here. 

Go to any public square on a July night, and you’ll see whole families, from grandparents to babies, sitting and eating, drinking, and laughing together. 

But Eastern European dating is a bit broad, right? Let’s zero in and see what delights you can find in a couple of the area’s best hunting grounds.

Let’s first zero in on Russian dating.

Well, when I say ‘zero in’, that’s a big area. Did you know Russia has nine time zones, and before some consolidation in March 2010, they had 11? So, you can literally be chatting with Russian women anytime of the day or night. 

And what’s even more interesting? Women far outnumber men; currently men comprise just 44% of the population. But don’t fool yourselves, guys. Russia is not Kansas, or Bavaria, or Queensland. No sirree, Bob, Russia is a land of its own. Its history is rich with intrigue, mystery, art, culture, and many, many wars. The Russian psyche pulses with these influences, as much today as in years gone by.

The Perestroika era in the 80’s opened this society to a new wave of outside influences but, in some ways, the pendulum may be swinging back the other way. I say all of this because you need a little background to understand your Russian date. She’s tasted some freedom. And, though life may be hard here for many girls, they have seen how much of the world lives, and they want some of the goodies they see their Paris and Amsterdam sisters enjoying.

So, if you come waltzing into Kiev or Moscow and can offer a woman some opportunities that might be hard for her to come by on her own, she may just be a bit more receptive. But don’t think for one moment money alone will buy this proud Slav. Her culture has also imbued her with great intelligence, composure, and pride. She will expect, maybe demand, a smart, caring, and clever man as well.

And then there’s Russia’s neighbor, the Ukraine. If you decide to try Ukraine dating, whatever you do, don’t call your Ukrainian beauty a Russian. It goes back to the history, wars, and politics, but the Ukrainians are very proud of their heritage. Maybe Russia ruled them for some time but not anymore.

Visit Kiev, wander its romantic streets, girl-watch in its ultra-modern coffee shops, and you will quickly discover that some of Europe’s most beautiful women call this city home.

The Ukrainian woman is suave, educated, cultured, and humble. Nowhere will you see beauty in such abundance, and yet worn so humbly. Truly, these Ukrainian girls are some of the most beautiful in the world.

Czech Dating

And, finally, let’s take a look at the beautiful Czech girls. Ask any man who has done a little, or a lot, of Czech dating, and he’ll regale you for hours with stories of these women’s allure. These beauties were isolated for many years, but with the fall of communist hegemony in Eastern Europe, the strong, dignified beauty of the Czech girl has become known to men all around the world.

So, if you decide that Eastern European dating is for you, start with the three countries mentioned above. You’ll likely find exactly what you want in one of these three locations. But, if not, keep going, Eastern Europe is big, and welcoming, and filled with wonderful women.

Maybe, it was all CIA propaganda, because there was certainly evidence that the myth was untrue from beautiful Russian ballerinas and a whole slew of hot Olympic athletes to the occasional spy scandal featuring super sexy KGB agents, but western men largely bought the myth until the fall of the USSR. 

Then it was obvious that millions of really sexy women had been hidden away behind the Iron Curtin, a lost treasure of exotic Russian models, sexy Ukrainian bikini babes, and beautiful Belarusian babes with legendary legs.  Many of these women quickly signed up with internet mail order bride companies and the modern mail order bride business really started in Russia in the mid-1990s.

In the early years of the European Brides boom the women were largely signing up to escape the economic collapse that followed the fall of communism, but today economics is no longer as important for Eastern European mail order brides.  The economies of the old Soviet Bloc countries have improved dramatically, not all have become economic powerhouses, but they have all shown steady growth.  However, this growth has barely changed the desire of Eastern European women to seek western husbands.
