Giuliana is a sexy 25-year old Peruvian dentist. 

Let me say something right now, sexy dentist is essentially an oxymoron to me.  I have never, ever been to a sexy dentist. 

When I was a kid my dentist was a 6'8, 400lbs guy who was noted in the area as the last great tooth puller.  He claimed only imcompetent nabobs sent patients out to oral surgeons even for wisdom teeth. He  would simply clamp down on a wisdom tooth and twist his wrist.  The tooth came out. 

Of course, Dr. Harris had forearms like watermellons, even Poppeye would have been jealous.  He was an outstanding dentist, but not sexy.

I've been to a lot of dentist since then.  Some where certifiable, but none were sexy. 

When I lived in Los Angeles I went to a female dentist who was young, slim, and smart, but I just couldn't imagine her as sexy, so Giuliana is a really special. She's also probably Italian judgin from how she spells her name.
