Medellin is the second largest city in Columbia with a population of some 2.7 million people. Despite its somewhat infamous reputation it is actually a very safe city particularly if you stick to the upper market tourist areas. I would recommend when staying in Medellin that you take accommodation in Pobablo which is one of the richest areas of the city and as nice as anywhere you will find in the United States. The tourist areas of Medellin cover a large area and so there is no real reason to leave them during your stay in the city.

As was once said of another trading city Odessa is a "Sunny place for shady people". It is the Ukraine's largest commercial port, a beach side holiday resort, a mafia stronghold and a lot of fun. Odessa is a subversive place populated with people with a sunny outlook, funny, stylish and a healthy disrespect for authority. If you like the night life and beautiful women then you will love Odessa.

Chiang Mai is the perfect place to visit if you want to enjoy a modern Thai city without spending a fortune. Surrounded by majestic mountain scenery this is Thailand's fifth largest city. The city is a great mix of the old with the new. While it features all of the conveniences you would expect from a modern metropolis it also has many quaint historical touches such as the 300 temples found within the city limits.

Chiang Mai is the perfect place to meet a nice woman as it doesn't have the same seedy reputation as say Pataya or Bangkok. And with its large expat community the local women are used to meeting and dating foreign men.

If any city in the world is associated with female beauty it has to be Rio de Janeiro. Almost everyone has heard tales of the scantily clad beauties who frequent the beaches of Brazil's second largest city. Kiev or Kyiv as it is also known is the capital city of the Ukraine. The city is over 1500 years old and is rich in architecture and culture. The historical city of Cartagena has a fairy tale quality which makes it perfect for romance. With its beautiful beaches, stunning architecture and cobbled roads it draws tourists from all over South America and further abroad. If you are going to visit one city in South America for a romance tour then Cartagena should be near the top of your list. This is one of the safest cities in South America and besides the beautiful women visiting it is the experience of a lifetime.

Barranquilla is neither the biggest, most picturesque, or nor oldest city in Colombia.  It is a business city, sort of Colombia’s version of Chicago.  The climate is oppressively hot and brutally humid, and the nearby beaches, though nice, are not anywhere near the best in Colombia, but dear Lord the women!

Vladivostok is one of those off the beaten path places in Russia where a Western guy can expect very good treatment.   But if you are really up for adventure ride the Trans-Siberian Railroad inland to say Irkutsk and get a taste of what Russia was like for Western guys in the 1990s.  If you are clean, nice, and a little classy you can still get treated like an absolute rock star in some of the large provincial cities.

Lima is beautiful city on the Pacific Ocean with lots of incredibly hot women. There is a strong California influenced beach culture, which means lots of toned Latin Ladies in tiny bikinis. Damn!  That’s enough to make you pack your bags right now.
